                               RESOLUTION NO. 20874
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AND 
                  THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO ATTEST AN 
                  AGREEMENT WITH GIRLS' PREPARATORY SCHOOL, INC. 
                  FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SCHOOL FLASHERS ON 
                  BARTON AVENUE AT ISLAND AVENUE.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement for 
       Girls' Preparatory School, Inc., through its properly licensed 
       contractor, to install school flashers on Barton Avenue at Island 
       Avenue and for the City to maintain the school flashers 
       thereafter.
